Bill Validation and the in-depth analysis of daily consumption patterns, offers our clients an error checking service with access to all data and calculations via the Web. Our services include detailed billing calculations, challenging excessive estimated bills, checks on surface water and highway drainage banding.

Benchmarking Multiple Properties

Where clients have organisations with multiple sites, we will undertake benchmarking across the group, offering a “Traffic Light” rating for Good(green), Average (amber) and Below Average (red) performance rating.

Benchmarking involves more detailed analysis based on consumption patterns compared to footfall and occupancy rates at each property. We will consider existing water fittings, possibilities of underground leakage and wasteful use from storage tank overflows etc.

Site Surveys and Technical Investigations

An important part of Pureworld’s holistic approach to water management is the need to undertake water and wastewater audits on site to establish the best possible opportunities for cost reductions.

Site surveys and investigations will be undertaken by specialist Water Service Technicians & Engineers with many year’s of experience in resolving high consumption and water quality issues. Our principal aim with surveys is to obtain and submit evidence to the client, together with payback calculations, to enable decisions to be made on how best to resolve over-expenditure.

Specialist Leak Location & Repair

Where we find suspected leaks on private underground supply pipes we will undertake location, repair and carry out reinstatement of the surface areas to previous conditions.

This work requires skilled operatives and our Leak Location & Repair Teams have many years experience of tackling Commercial and Industrial premises. Pipes are normally located at least 1.0 metre below ground and leaks often do not appear above ground, leaking away for months and sometimes years without being noticed.

Smart Metering

Smart Metering is an advanced offering where the level of expenditure at a property, merits an on-line monitoring system with graphs of daily consumption profiles and exceedance alarms.

Pureworld supplies, installs and commissions the complete Smart Metering System and information is supplied via a secure on-line website. In many cases “early warnings” of leakage and excessive consumption have been paid for by the savings from one event.

Water Saving Technologies

The introduction of tried and tested Water Packs to significantly reduce water consumption without loss of performance is a significant element of Pureworld’s holistic approach to our savings strategy.

Water Saving Technologies are WRAS approved and appear on the Enhanced Capital Allowance Scheme – Water List. Product examples include aerated showerheads, tap aerators, urinal controllers with intelligent PIR controls etc
